Everything You Need to Know About Your Medical Marijuana Dispensary License Application
Published: Oct 19, 2017 by John IzzoThe Ohio Board of Pharmacy recently released the medical marijuana dispensary license application. Applications will be accepted from December 4 through December 15, 2017.
The State Medical Board of Ohio announced it will consider new conditions to be treated with medical marijuana. The Medical Board will begin taking applications on November 1, 2018. It will not accept any application prior to November 1, 2018. Decisions on the applications submitted November 1, 2018, will be issued no later than June 30, 2019.
Only the Legislature or the Medical Board may add conditions to be treated with medical marijuana. Currently there are 22 conditions that can be treated with medical marijuana.
